Vila15 - Algarve Villa near Praia da Luz

Vila 15 is situated within a lovely complex, just outside Lagos, on the road to a beautiful beach at Praia da Luz. The complex is about one hour drive from Faro airport. The beach is a five minute drive by car from the complex. From May to October there is a free minibus service to the beach at Luz and village. Within close proximity are supermarkets, zoomarine, water parks, and easy access to the beautiful beaches on the west coast of the Algarve.
The complex has lovely grounds, a restaurant and bar on site next to the swimming pool, a large swimming pool and sunbathing area, plus a child's pool and tennis court and child's play ground. The Vila is well furnished, and on two levels with a garden, area for barbeque, tables and chairs. There is a balcony off the lounge on the first floor, ideal for breakfast and evening dining.
The Vila is south facing and so has sun all day.

Accommodation: Four to Six People. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor and the main bedroom has access to a pretty garden. Two sofas in the lounge can provide beds for two people.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, with gas cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and full crockery and pots and pans. There is also a washing machine in the outhouse adjacent to the kitchen,

Lounge: Well equipped with sofas and comfortable chairs. Dining table and chairs. TV with Satellite and Freeview stations as well as hundreds more! Able to listen and hear all BBC radio and TV channels.

Washroom and Toilet: Situated off the lounge.

Bathroom: On the ground floor, fully equipped with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin.
Adjacent villa to accommodate 2 to 4 people also available.

Prices: ( In Euros and pounds sterling per week) Prices include a change of linen and towels once a week. Maid service can be provided once a week at an extra charge of 25 euros, 14 pounds sterling per week. Use of the air conditioner in the Lounge is available at an extra charge of 17 euros, 10 pounds sterling per week.

Bookings via email or direct with the owner by telephone. Deposit on booking of 150 euros or 100 pounds sterling. Full price due within ten weeks of arrival. Deposit will be refundable on checking of inventory.
