Casa Vistamar is a spacious, detached 4 bedroom villa. It is situated in it's own grounds in a countryside location just a 5 minutes walk from the beach at Praia da Luz with its safe sandy beach and many restaurants. There is a large private pool, and sun terraces all with wonderful views of Luz Bay.

The Villa

The villa is arranged over three floors. The central floor has a large comfortable living room with French doors opening directly onto the pool terrace; a separate dining room and a large well equipped kitchen. All rooms have French doors leading out onto terraces with lovely sea and country views.

The first floor offers a very large double bedded master bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom and dressing room. This bedroom has its own large roof terrace with stunning sea views over Luz bay and the coastline beyond. Below is a family suite with 2 further large double bedrooms and a further single bedroom off the larger double (twin) and a shared bathroom. These open out through French windows onto their own sun terraces.

Outside there is a large (5m by 8m) swimming pool with ample poolside furniture; a BBQ and terraces. It's a short 5 minute walk to Luz beach; restaurants and the general amenities in the village.

The Area

The property is situated in Praia da Luz in the Western Algarve. The nearest town, Lagos is the most likeable and historic town on the Algarve coast coined as "The Jewel of the Algarve". It has a seafaring tradition dating back to the 15th century when Henry the Navigator had his ships built here and this continues with the modern marina, built in 1998. The ancient walls, dating back to the 10th century and the time of the moors are steeped in history and still encircle the cobbled streets of the old town. Nowadays it is a vibrant and youthful place with open piazzas on which there are numerous restaurants, bars and boutique shops. The area boasts some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve and the wild un-spoilt coastline of the West Coast are combining to make this exciting region one of Europe's most up and coming areas.
