Casa da Horta lies on the road between Vale Carro and Olhos d'Agua, a kilometre from the village of Acoteias, two kilometres east of Olhos d'Agua and two and a half kilometres from the fabulous long, sandy beach at Falesia in the Algarve. Locally, there are two restaurants 700 metres from the apartments in different directions, one of them in Acoteias, where you will also find two supermarkets, several other restaurants and bars and a delightful, coast-hugging, nine hole golf course at the Sheraton Golf and Country Club (one and a half kilometres). Olhos d'Agua has three excellent beach-side restaurants, the beach itself one of the prettiest in the area. The lively resort of Praia da Oura is six kilometres away with a fantastic array of day and night time activity, and the popular resort town of Albufeira is two kilometres further on.

Property

It is a picturesque cluster of cosy apartments surrounded by rolling fields and country houses, with an inviting swimming pool, separated toddler's splash pool, and a sun terrace bordered by neat green lawns. Each apartment is individual in its shape and size, with the fresh white-washed decor typical of southern Europe, plus some welcoming and homely touches. Some of the apartments are reached by steps, others are on ground level. Casa da Horta also has its own convenient pay laundry, and a pleasant barbecue area that provides a popular meeting spot at the end of another day beneath the scorching sun.
